2017 Air Camp Teacher Experience


As a supporter of providing authentic and relevant STEM education it is clear that you have shared objectives with Air Camp, Inc., a not-for-profit organization based in Dayton, Ohio.  We are committed to expanding the number of students in grades K-12 who pursue STEM education and career opportunities with confidence and success.  Please share the following information with other educational organizations, leaders, educators, parents, students, or any other stakeholder who may be interested in any of our hands-on, immersive programs below.

Air Camp is proud to announce the following STEM immersion experiences for students and teachers in 2017:


Resident Camps Serving Students entering Grades 7, 8, and 9:  June 18-23, July 9-14, and July 23-28


Day Camps Serving Students entering Grades 4, 5, and 6:  June 26-30 and July 17-21


Teacher Camps Serving Educators in the 14 County Dayton Region K-12:  June 7-9 and June 12-14


All programs include STEM affiliated immersive, hands-on experiences that are aligned with STEM and career technology content standards.  The Camps use aviation and aeronautics as the learning environment, and the Resident and Teacher Camps include piloting an airplane!   The overall objective of Air Camp, Inc. programming is to expand the number of students who pursue STEM education and career opportunities with an emphasis on skills related to scholarship, leadership, and citizenship.
